It offers beautiful views of the Bay Bridge, San Francisco Bay and Alcatraz Island.
- Alcatraz: And speaking of Alcatraz, this is one must-see attraction. Located just a short boat ride from Pier 39, Alcatraz is an original maximum-security prison that closed in 1963. It is now available for tours of the site, from the royal cells to the site of the notorious riot. For an additional fee, you can rent headphones and listen to audio during the tour for a better experience.
- Lombard Street: This extremely steep and winding street, famous for many movies, is worth seeing. Driving on it is an intense experience, but the brave can also climb the hill.
